Project Overview

We built a complete online platform for CARИЗМА, a professional car detailing and auto cleaning business, with the main goal of fully automating appointment scheduling and eliminating manual communication. The website was developed from scratch with a modern, responsive design and an intelligent online booking system that allows customers to select a date and time, combine multiple services within a single visit, and choose a vehicle type, while the system automatically calculates the total duration and checks availability in real time. Available time slots are generated dynamically based on weekday working hours, mid-day breaks, holidays and special dates, existing appointments, and a minimum booking cutoff, ensuring that only valid time slots can be booked and preventing overlapping appointments. Customers enter their contact details and receive automatic email confirmations, and through a secure management link they can independently manage their appointments, including rescheduling or cancellation within predefined rules. An admin panel provides full control over services, categories, working hours, exceptions, and schedules, while the platform is optimized for mobile devices, fast loading speeds, and local SEO. The system is built on a secure and scalable backend architecture that ensures reliability, high performance, and strong visibility in Google search results.
